Hi, I’m Kalea. I didn’t grow up a bookworm (I was too busy blasting NSYNC and perfecting Spice Girls choreography), but once my mom handed me a James Patterson novel, everything changed. Today, I write the kinds of adventures I love to read: stories with dragons, danger, and the reminder that even in the darkest moments, you can grow stronger. Fueled by iced matcha lattes and my dog Zuko’s gremlin energy, I collect books and push my favorites on the people I love most—you’ll thank me later.
